The Process
Step 1: Inquiry submission
Simply fill out a contact request form, or email us at [email protected] with your talent recruitment requirements.
Step 2: Requirement scope
We will review your request, and arrange a further scope call to get a full understanding of your requirements.
Step 3: Propose a talent for the role
Based on your talent requirement from our scope call, we will propose the best talent suited for you to review and select.
(Our usual turnaround time is (1-4 Weeks).
Step 4: NDA & Agreement contract
Once you are happy to proceed with a recruit, we will sign an NDA to ensure complete confidentiality, and issue a Service agreement contract for the talent hired.
Step 5: Get Started.
Upon the service agreement being signed, and a start date selected. The recruit then joins your business, reporting directly to you.
